Thanks for the tip on the pathway, didnt think about that. Hey waldo, are you famaliar with those new soybeans that are roundup ready or immune to round up? I guess their made so you can still spray everything and they will be the only thing that doesnt die. Im gonna have to find a local supplier for those.

never tried those. at the time i did this i was really on a budget. and that made my mistakes even worst.we didn't spray. the old man that owned that place didn't have a plow. he brush hogged it and used a box blade with the teeth all the way down to tear it up for us. everything else a buddy and i did by hand. maybe since your starting off better than i did some of those comercial product may work better. but i know what i ended up with was working. and just as we were starting to see some nicer bucks the old man passed away. the place got sold off and we lost our lease. both my buddy and i got our limits of does two yrs running. managed to get an 8 and a 10 the last year. my buddy took a nice 10 that last year and we saw several that only needed one more year to be shooters.

well im going to be leaving for a week or 2, and I just sprayed round up yesterday, so I will give that some time to work, before I plow tyhe land up. I got #50's of soybeans ready to go. Im waiting til late august to plant some ladino clover, and purple top turnips.
