This is for all you puppies who like it a little spicy!
2 pkg cream cheese
1 small can Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. San Marcos brand at Wally World
1 box favorite crackers -
Put 4 of the peppers in a small chopper of blender - blend (thats 2 per pkg of cheese
Warm the cream cheese ( I use the Microwave).
Mix
Scrape into bowl that is lined with saran wrap
Cover, place in frig for several hours...
Break it out, spread on a cracker.....
will be mild tasting until you swallow.... about medium salsa.
More spice, add 2 peppers, less spice, take out one....
