Subject: Hogs on public land? September 17th 2009, 5:37 am
Does any one know where there is wild hogs on public land to hunt. I would like to go after one in the next week or so before the woods are crowded with deer hunters..Any info would be great.

Hey man I got this at the Pump Back...They are thick through there. You can find plenty of spots to get out and walk around..

Is the hunting area marked at all..i aint' never hunted down there..just done a little fishin..I normally hunt private land or oolagah..but ready to head that way..

You will see a few no hunting signs threw their, but the land right past the bridge on the North side of the road is grda land, you can hunt it. I did some deer hunting their a few years back seen a few doe and a little 8 point, just couldn't get a shot on him. I have a buddy that runs dogs over their and they kill a hog every time, so he says, lol.
