1/2 med. onion, diced

2 tbsp. grease

Chili meat

3 tbsp. chili blend





Sear 1/2 medium onion, diced, in 2 tablespoons grease. Add chili meat and let brown slightly in grease. Salt and pepper to taste. After you add chili, blend about 3 tablespoons to begin with, then add to suit your taste. Cover with water and let simmer; boil slowly for 25 to 30 minutes.  Sprinkle a little minced garlic, too. You can add in beans if you would like. </description>
